She parts with one of them to affluent Mrs Lyons and they grow up as companions in obliviousness of their blood relationship until the inescapable squabble caused through 'class' contrasts prompts the shocking result. In this exposition, I will look at how Willy Russell exhibits class contrasts in his play 'Blood Siblings.' I will be taking a gander at the contrasts between Mrs Lyons and Mrs Johnson. The contrasts among Eddie and Mickey as youthful kids at seven years old. The distinctive police mentalities towards Eddie and Mickey. Mrs Lyons has an agreeable home, and way of life - the Lyons can offer Eddie a superior life that Mrs Johnson, If my youngster was brought up in a spot this way one, he wouldn't need to stress over where his next supper is coming from. They have a settled, protected way of life and security for the future. Mrs Lyons is over-defensive and controlling, I've let you know never to go where that kid where young men like that live. Edward has little opportunity when youthful, and grows up with little information on the 'genuine' world on the grounds that, since you're not equivalent to him. You're definitely not, do you get it? Mrs Johnson anyway doesn't have any of this security-she lets Mickey invest a lot of his energy out on the boulevards solo. She doesn't have an agreeable home and has a universe of uncert... ...e simple life, since one family had more cash than the other. Eddie got the opportunity to be a councilor and Mickey a repetitive specialist. Taking everything into account, Willy Russell exhibits class distinction all through his play by utilizing two equivalent young men and placing them in various house holds. Their lives change significantly on account of their group, each of them are dealt with distinctively in view of riches and status. Mickey furthermore, Edward's lives are somewhat administered by destiny, they have little capacity to transform them, and their characters are caught by social conditions. The last remark is telling-And do we fault strange notion for what happened? Or on the other hand would it be able to be what we, the English, have come to know as class? Employee Recognition and Retention at McDonalds
Question: Examine about theEmployee Recognition and Retention at McDonalds. Answer: Presentation Thinking about the expanding seriousness in business sectors, drawing in and holding representatives is one of the significant worries of any association. In spite of the fact that the opposition may have subsided following the monetary emergency in certain nations, in some different nations, the work markets stay tight for certain occupations, since there is a maintenance of laborers. For example, this is obviously portrayed on account of the McDonalds association. It utilizes the business marking technique in pulling in the human capital, which is planned for permitting the firm to accomplish its primary concern destinations. Authoritative marking exceptionally conveys the advantages of utilizing McDonalds administrations to its buyers and workers among other indispensable components that implant this association. Marking process occurs through the making of one of a kind picture or name of the administrations offered to the buyers through methods for commercial to the purchasers. The marking procedure impacts the convictions of the buyers concerning the administration. Thus, the convictions become the piece of the brand picture in the association, which conjures its acknowledgment. Acknowledgment and Retention in Organizations When all is said in done, the ideas prompting representative fascination and enrollment system, the estimation of associations passes on to the potential workers conviction that their needs will in the long run be met. It implies that similarly as the shoppers rely upon the marking marvel to separate their items, laborers utilize a comparative method in recognizing different businesses to decide whether a specific manager will assist them with attaining their own goals. In McDonalds the businesses control the industrys fascination and enrollment process which will in the long run decide whether the representatives will decide to stay in their occupations. Another imperative point of view that is helpful while measuring that factor that pulls in youngsters to employments in the McDonalds association is the thought of building their profession ways. A person's profession way is proportionate to their mental self view capacity, fundamental qualities, abilities and vocation thought proce sses. Basically, to create ones vocation helps an individual increase both work and calling experience which prompts settling on sound profession choices. The McDonalds culture helps in supporting the organization to situate itself and accomplish its objectives and goals. McDonalds is the greatest player in the overall cheap food industry. It utilizes its way of life as an apparatus to draw in clients and the most qualified representatives. Uniquely, the association's way of life enlightens all the more regarding the qualities and customs that it uses to impact its workers conduct. With the best conduct of laborers and great administration, there is the probability of drawing in clients and holding them. To upgrade business effectiveness with respect to creation and different administrations, McDonald's organization culture calls for learning. Through learning, there is proceeded with development of the firm considering its viability in applying its corporate culture to accomplish the best degrees of human asset. This condition unmistakably focuses to the significance of authoritative culture as a factor to upgrade achievement, especia lly in global business (Saha and Theingi, 2009). Strikingly, the McDonalds societies demand the advancement of its human asset segment, to upgrade its productivity. This is on the grounds that it bolsters business development and achievement. Uniquely the association has four significant attributes organized by McDonalds as follows - individuals, singular learning, hierarchical learning, and the assorted variety and incorporation. Pioneers ought to be in a situation to comprehend representative acknowledgment brain research to accomplish the best out of their laborers. For example, if a representative gives the best administrations in their activity, they ought to be perceived by the administration. Subsequent to getting such acknowledgment, these representatives are probably going to work more enthusiastically since they might want to keep being perceived. They additionally anticipate getting blessings or another sort of appreciation. McDonald's accomplishes this basic by perceiving its workers at the month to month, quarterly and yearly interims. Additionally, the organization likewise gives a remarkable achievers grant. The beneficiary of this honor is resolved through a fastidious procedure, which involves the contribution of different directors. The champ additionally gets a $500 blessing voucher. The representative acknowledgment is the most significant of all culture rehearses in the McDonalds association for what's to come pioneers' program since it intercedes the impacts of laborers maintenance. The nature of administration is an adroit arbiter of the connection between work fulfillment and the consumer loyalty. Thusly, to fulfill the clients, it is fundamental to guarantee that the laborers are themselves completely mollified. Accomplishing this happiness involves improving specialists fulfillment, as this will prompt an improvement in the nature of administrations dependent on the hypothesis of social trade (Yee, Yeung, and Cheng, 2008). As indicated by this hypothesis, when people get endowments, a sentiment of appreciation follows. Therefore, they long to respond. With regards to McDonalds conspire, acknowledgment urges laborers to give the best info, which adds to the acknowledgment of the objectives of the association. Representative support can likewise be comprehended from the viewpoint of inspiration, which is one of the apparatuses that human asset supervisors usually utilize in their training. One such hypothesis is Abraham Maslows chain of command of necessities. This hypothesis sorts the requirements of people into five classes, which are physiological, security, love and having a place, regard lastly self-completion. These requirements may additionally be arranged into lower level needs and more elevated level needs. The initial three classes are the lower level needs while the two outstanding classes comprise the more elevated level of necessities. Maslow fought that on the off chance that an individual gets satisfied with a specific class of necessities, at that point this class turns out to be less significant. In their vocation depiction, McDonalds doesn't accentuate on the lower level of necessities maybe on the grounds that the work in this firm is protected. In any case, the associat ion puts more accentuation on the adaptability of working time and the experience that people gain from their work (Milleta, 2008). The McDonald's organization has an away from of its representatives needs, along these lines deciding to concentrate principally on the more significant level of necessities in the Maslow pecking order. From this hypothesis, while inspiring representatives or laborers, it is critical to obviously comprehend their necessities. Another popular hypothesis is Taylor's standards of logical administration. In his hypothesis, Taylor accept that cash is the fundamental help in an association. The hypothesis attempts to set up the implies that is the most productive for the presentation of an undertaking. Therefore, the hypothesis suggests the piece rate method of installment with the end goal that those representatives who work quickest get rewards. In the McDonalds installment strategy, this standard is executed through an arrangement of serious wages. Notwithstanding, McDonalds doesn't view compensation as the main inspiration since the association gives different advantages, which likewise go about as helpers. One can likewise see parts of Herzbergs help cleanliness hypothesis. In this hypothesis, there are two arrangements of variables that have an impact on workers, which are the spark and cleanliness factors. Helpers incorporate the intrigue that an individual has just as future open doors that give laborers work fulfillment while then again, cleanliness factors incorporate the workplace, which can prompt the laborers to getting disappointed (Farndale et al., 2011). McDonalds depicts thoughts of a conviction that the helpers in this hypothesis can prompt the fulfillment of the workers. Along these lines, the prizes got from brilliant execution, and the odds of future advancement are utilized in rousing workers in McDonalds. The administration of gifts is a significant territory of center in the laborers' maintenance, however it does not have a reasonable definition. It mostly fixates on the representative being an essential and significant asset with the ability to giving an upper hand. The ability maintenance focuses on a completely extraordinary arrangement of people instead of worker maintenance (Schlosser, 2012). The ability the executives is just worried about the maintenance of the most capable people whom the firm has perceived to being able to involve the key position. One of the restricting variables in relationship with the maintenance arrangements is that they end up in the maintenance of the representatives including the individuals who have low execution. In any case, with the ability the executives, an association can center the two its endeavors and assets on the workers who have potential in involving the top positions. This hypothesis is shown obviously in McDonalds through its future h ead's projects. The association can distinguish and hold the most capable people by remembering them. The dynamic for the charitable association is similarly significant simply like the business associations. At that point note that the non-benefit simply like different associations depend on their work force in executing their systems to propel their objectives and goals. Hence, the non-benefit firms needs to go to comparative undertakings as the business association that they share when confronted with the issue of setting up and keeping up a solid workforce. To accomplish this, the Spastic Center, which is a non-benefit association, addresses the accompanying work force issues as depicted by the human asset the board. They incorporate surveying people needs, enrolling new ones, screening, choosing and employing, direction of the upgraded one lastly settling on the best strategy for remuneration. A decent chief in the non-benefit association must guarantee that they get more performanc

Question: Write an Essay on "Why does a Company need to manage their business processes? Answer: Introduction Each and every organization in any industry must continuously innovate and improve its business processes in order to be competitive and successful and to maintain that position. Failing to do so will result in lower revenues, lower performance and productivity of the employees and less satisfied customers. Hence, business process management is extremely important in modern business world. To keep all the operations run systematically and in an organized manner, all the companies must manage the business processes (Jeston and Nelis 2014). A business process can be defined as the collection of interconnected tasks, which all end in the delivery of a product or service to the client or consumer. In other words, the business process is a set of jobs and activities, which leads to the achievement of the organizational goal once completed. These activities must be managed by a company to perform efficiently (Van Der Aalst 2013). Discussion Business Process Management (BPM) is a very essential operation for a company to manage all the tasks efficiently and increase the production. According to Hammer (2015), Business Process Management represents a discipline, which improves the performance of an enterprise by driving the business agility and operational excellence. In a company, the processes play a very major role in pushing the company to achieve the business strategies and goals by aligning the technology, resources and supporting structures towards the achievement of the desired outcomes or promoting the competitive advantage. BPM is the management approach and type of methodology to address the business strategies, which allows the businesses to grow or function in a cost effective manner, clubbed with desired flexibility, visibility and speed (Rosemann and vom Brocke 2015). The perspective to BPM differs from one person to the other. For some people, BPM is technology only, which is the evolution of the application development and is a mean to achieve the process automation. For the others, BPM is about optimization of the business processes. Some people say that BPM is a way of communication about the operations and strategies of the business and how to complete the jobs efficiently. Again, for some people, this is a method for gaining visibility on how the things are actually working (Van Der Aalst 2013). Hence, these are all different perspectives but contribute in the definition of the BPM. Figure 1: Business Process Management (Source: Espenson 2017) There are few main reasons why does a company need to manage business process, i.e., need to apply the business process management. It helps to achieve efficiency, higher quality, improved process consistency, brand protection, simplified business operations, lower costs, reduced risks and more product safety. The major reasons are explained below. Improvement of efficiency: It is a huge challenge for the organizations that often the business processes are inefficient. This leads to increase in the wastage of resources, mostly the time and money. BPM helps in identifying the problem areas and how that can be solved step by step. This way efficiency can be achieved (Espenson 2017). Improvement of business agility: An efficient Business Process Management allows the business owner to include pauses in the business process, make changes in the plans and implement those, and re-execute the operation. Hence, this helps the business processes to become more flexible and agile to react to any situation promptly (Fleischmann et al. 2014). Increases revenues and reduces costs: If a proper BPM is implemented, it helps in trimming down the costs and increasing the profits. Due to the systematic implementation of the BPM, business processes become enhanced, operational costs are reduced, workforce becomes more efficient and productive, production and delivery time is reduced. Thus, demand for products will increase and the company could supply more, which helps in increasing the revenue of the company and reduces costs (Chang 2016). Improved visibility: BPM helps in process automation. This helps the company to keep a track of the performances and the quality of the performances. The automation process is transparent and this allows the company to have a better understanding of the processes. Hence, it becomes easier for the company to modify the structures during the ongoing process. Compliance, safety and security: BPM keeps track of the compliances also. It reminds the company, which compliance needs to be followed and which should be renewed. It also promotes safety and security measures of the company due to systematic information management (Hughes 2016). Conclusion It can be concluded that, BPM is highly beneficial for a company in any sector. It helps in efficient and cost effective functioning of the business, through proper deployment, monitoring, and measurement of companys resources and efficiently aligning those. Implementation of BPM enables a company to reduce cost, increase growth and profit, improve risk management and customer satisfaction, increase competitive advantage, improve productivity and maintain compliance. Hence, for the above reasons, a company must need to manage its business processes. References Chang, J.F., 2016.Business process management systems: strategy and implementation. CRC Press. Therapeutic Techniques free essay sample
The redecision therapy model of the Gouldings (1979) is grounded within the framework of TA theory, yet their methods are a combination of TA, Gestalt therapy, interactive group therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, family therapy, and psychodrama. Realizing the importance of combining the affective and the cognitive dimensions, the Gouldings draw heavily from TA heory for cognitive structure, and they use Gestalt techniques to provide the emotional work that breaks through the impasses clients often experience. Following is a brief description of some of the more commonly used processes, procedures, and techniques in TA practice. Most of them can be applied to both individual and group counseling. With that knowledge they can determine their options. Transactional Analysis Two problems related to the structure of personality can be considered by structural analysis: contamination and exclusion. Contamination exists when the contents of one ego state are mixed with those of another. For example, the Parent, the Child, or both may intrude within the oundaries of the Adult ego state and interfere with the clear thinking and functioning of the Adult. (Figure 1). Contamination from the Parent is typically manifested through prejudiced ideas and attitudes; contamination from the Child involves distorted perceptions of reality. When contamination of the Adult by the Parent, the Child, or both exists, ââ¬Å"boundary workâ⬠is called for so that the demarcation of each ego state can be clearly drawn. When the ego-state boundaries are realigned, he person understands his or her Child and Parent rather than bei ng contaminated by them. Here are some statements reflecting contamination from the Parent.

Things Fall Apart Essays (486 words) - Postcolonial Literature
Things Fall Apart There was a man who dreamed as a child of being well known and respected throughout his village and neighboring villages. This man, Okonko, worked hard at his goal, and he achieved it. Okonko, a man with great strength and personality, had achieved his goal to become rich and famous, a privilege that was unseen before in his family. Although Okonko reached his goal at an early age, his life began to Fall Apart when tragic episodes took place. One can see that Okonko's life first began to fall apart when Ikemefuna, a captive who stayed at Okonko's home, was killed. Okonko had thought of Ikemefuna as one of his own sons. He was deeply saddened when he was killed. One can see the effects on Okonko from that event. First Okonko was unable to sleep for the following three days. He also kept on getting drunk, and that was a sign that he was depressed. This incident also had a long-term effect on Okonko. From then on his family would look at him as if it were his fault that Ikemefuna is dead. This episode can be seen as an event where Okonko looses some faith from his family. This corresponds to Okonko loosing faith in his father. Another important occurrence where one can see that Okonko's life falls apart was when he was thrown out of the clan for a few years. From this episode one can see that Okonko's hopes dreams have begun to fall apart. His hopes of being a rich and popular individual had drifted away with this upsetting incident. Okonko had no longer had his farm or animals. Also Okonko lost faith with most of his friends. This goes to show that Okonko lost faith with his friends, like his father lost faith with his. Another episode that showed the downfall in Okonko's life was when Nwoye, his oldest and favorite son, converted to the white mans religion, Christianity. To Okonko this was very upsetting because Nwoye was his eldest son, and Okonko had the greatest expectations for him. When news came to him that Nwoye was among the white men, one could have foreseen that only no good was coming to Okonko after that. By glancing at Okonko's life, one could see that the title Things Fall Apart fits perfectly with the book. Starting from the episode with Ikemefuna, one can see that Okonko's life will fall apart. Then, later on in the book, when Okonko was thrown out of his clan, one could have been sure that Okonko's hopes of being rich and famous were ruined. After all that, with the incident of Nwoye, one could see that Okonko's life was a total failure. Any speculator could see that Okonko had not achieved his goals, but instead, by the end of his life, he had become a failure like his father.

Why Use A College Essay Quote?
Why Use A College Essay Quote? If you are tired of writing the same old college essay, then consider turning to a college essay quote. A college essay quote can be a great way to get your students excited about coming up with fresh ideas for their essays. But, first you need to understand why it is so important to use a college essay quote to get your students excited about their essays. The first and most common reasons to use a college essay quote include: your college English major is having difficulty writing an essay on her own, or your teacher has discouraged students from using them. Both of these reasons will come up frequently and can really put your writing in a bad place. With a college essay quote you can just tell your student that you have compiled a whole series of great quotes and have them throw them out there and see what happens. The second reason is when you want to help your student out by giving them a college essay quote for her or him. Sometimes writing is diffic ult enough without having to go through the motions of asking a student to come up with new ideas for their essays. By providing your student with a quote, you are making this task a lot easier. You are ensuring that they can have some fun with their essays without it becoming monotonous.Your final reason to use a college essay quote is for your teachers. Teachers hate when their students go back over their work and spend so much time trying to figure out what is wrong with it that they just throw in the towel. By providing them with a quote that is slightly different than the way they wrote it you will be adding another level of inspiration to the student's efforts. There are a lot of college essay quote services online that you can use. This gives you the opportunity to use some creativity in coming up with great quotes for your students. You want to pick one or two quotes from their opinion of your works and then read it over a few times and make sure it flows right.Once you have a list of quotes for your students to choose from, ask them to write a short blurb on each one. Use this as a guide as to how you are going to phrase the quote and then use it as a jumping off point to come up with their own unique and personal thoughts on the quote. This gives them the opportunity to put their own spin on the quote and makes it a little more personal. The last reason to use a college essay quote is to use it as a resource for your students to turn to after they have finished their essays. While doing this, they are going to take this quote and try to find out as much as they can about it. They will then be able to see how useful this quote is to their education and why it is something that should be used often.Using a quote is an important part of writing essays. It gives your students a little bit of inspiration and gives them a chance to break up the monotony of writing and comes up with some fresh ideas. The right quote can be all that it takes to help your stude nt with his or her essays.

Getting Caught Smoking
Getting Caught Smoking Free Online Research Papers All throughout my life, Iââ¬â¢ve heard a saying that experience is the best teacher, and in my case this proved to be true so many times. I can say that no matter the outcome of the situation, each time I was taught a lesson about something, I got the point clearly. I was always one that learned best when I was taught through experience, and on one summer afternoon my mother taught me a lesson that will never forget. I was twelve years old, and I can remember this day like it was yesterday. It was a typical Michigan summer day. School was out, and there were children running up and down Kalamazoo Street playing football, double dutch, and many other childhood games. Often times in the summer, all of the boys would spend the night over my house since I had three brothers and no sisters. We woke up that morning, and everybody went towards their normal routines. My oldest and youngest brothers were sitting in front of the television set in our bedroom watching cartoons. My mother had just finished cooking breakfast for us and was walking through the house watering her plants. My closest cousin, best friend, younger brother, and I were all bored. As we sat at the kitchen table thinking of all of the different things we could do, someone noticed that my mother had left her cigarettes on the kitchen table sitting right next to the butter dish. I played as if it was no big deal, and we continued to plan our day. My three partners in crime decided to go to my best friends house to play video games. I stayed behind, assured them that I would join them later, the whole time I was eye balling the cigarettes. As soon as they had walked out of the door, I seized the opportunity to take two of my motherââ¬â¢s cigarettes. I looked around to see where she was and saw her in the front room talking to her plants and picking the dead leaves from them, and I knew she would be busy in there for a while. I slowly eased the two cigarettes out of the pack, and crept towards the stove and lit the first one without her even noticing. Once I had the cigarette lit, I eased out of the back door, and went and chilled in the back yard with the four dogs we had at the time. As I sat in the backyard smoking the cigarette and talking to the dogs, I never imagined I would get caught. My dogs jumped around and played as far as their chain would take them, and I watched them and talked to them as I got comfortable blowing out the rings of smoke. In the middle of the second cigarette I heard the back door open, and before I could blow out the smoke, and put the cigarette out, there was my mom standing eight in front of me. I tried to hurry up and blow the smoke out of my mouth and stomp on the cigarette, but I was caught re handed. She just looked at me and shook her head. She told me to go in the house, and I just knew I was in trouble. I went in the house as she was feeding the dogs, and I was so scared that I locked my self in the bathroom. I could hear my mom return, and I instantly started sweating. As I looked at the blue walls in the small bathroom, I got dizzy, so dizzy I thought I was going to pass out. I noticed that she wasnââ¬â¢t scream ing or anything. I sat in there a few more minutes listening, and when I heard the t.v. turn to the soap operas, I just knew I was home free. As soon as I opened the bathroom door she called my name. My heart was beating a million miles a minute as I walked in the t.v. room to see what my punishment would be. As calm as I had ever seen her she told me to sit down. In my head I was thinking, ââ¬Å"O lord please help me get out of thisâ⬠. She didnââ¬â¢t say another word she just passed me her fresh pack of cigarettes and told me to go and light one. I did as I was told, and then tried to hand her the cigarette back. She wouldnââ¬â¢t take it. She didnââ¬â¢t even look in my direction as she told me to smoke it. I thought she had lost her mind, but I did what I was told. As soon as I put the cigarette out I began to get comfortable thinking she was okay with me smoking, and then she handed me two more, and made me do the same thing with those two that I had did w ith the first one. Halfway through the third one, I began to get dizzy again, and my throat and chest burned so bad. Before I knew it the room was spinning, the t.v. was too loud and I couldnââ¬â¢t handle it anymore. I ran in the bathroom and threw up everything that I had eaten that day. I felt sicker than I ever had before this day. My mother let me throw up and gave me enough time to get myself together before she demanded that I come back to the t.v. room, she handed me another lit cigarette and said, ââ¬Å"here smoke this, you want to smoke, here it is, smoke itâ⬠. I was still nauseous from the first three cigarettes, and I begged her not to make me smoke another one. She looked at me and put the cigarette out. My mom looked me dead in the eyes and promised me that what I just experienced was nothing, and she assured me that it would get much worse of she ever caught me smoking another cigarette again. I was relieved at first, but I was sick for the rest of th e day. I never touched another cigarette after that until I was about 22 years old. Application Letter for Communication Design - myassignmenthelp
All my life I have lacked the grade that was required to be a good student. I was not the child that my parents wanted. The only thing that interested me was art. In my life, I went through difficulties; the only thing that stayed with me was art, and I never lost that in my life. It stayed constant with time, and since then, I developed a liking for watercolours and contrasts. I never thought that there was so much to explore in this field. When I was in 11 th grade, my classmates were busy aspiring to become a doctor, engineer or a banker. The only thing I wanted was to paint the canvas and never grow out of it. Then, when I realized that I only want art all my life and pursue a career in art. Since then, I started working towards my passion for paint and art. I joined painting class, and to my surprise, I discovered that I have a love for art. It was soothing for me to escape into the world of art. After the course completion, I did not stop painting. Since then I took my passion seriously and purchased my paint, brushes and canvas. I started painting at home, it gave me a feeling of accomplishment, and I continued that.à After a while, I attended a workshop conducted by famous fashion icon and stylist, Alex Perry in Australia. My interest for art grew, and I started searching for a breakthrough to fulfil my career in arts. I searched through countless programs, courses and schools, but was not aware of what exactly I wanted. Finally, my search ended and I found FIT. It is a dream for me to land in the prefect fashion school in New York and was daunting for me. To apply for such a standard reputed college was beyond my expectations. My parents were silent; however, I thought that I cannot let my dreams go. I was scared. However, FIT is not just a fashion school for me rather my life experience. It is a challenge and a decision for the lifetime. I look forwards towards my journey at FIT and the upcoming challenges that I have to face. The opportunities that FIT will give me are far more rewarding. I love to paint, it gives me happiness, and I think nothing better that I can think and make it into a career. Painting is a beautiful thing and for it is a medium of self-expression. Through painting, I can express myself and FIT will give me the opportunity to create a world of my own. I get lost in the world of abstractness and creativity whenever I look at the blank canvas. I think FIT will act as a catalyst for enhancing my skills and helping me win a place in the fashion industry. It will help me to transform the view of designing in society. The combination of colours giving rise to different shades fascinated me. The design principles and the way it changes the perceptions of beauty is surprising for me. The feeling of ecstasy when I find the font after the elements are unified is priceless. I am captivated by the element disruption and flow of beauty that create designing. I want to show that the beauty in places and things can change oneââ¬â¢s life that captivated me. When a person is aware of the designing, there is a change in their perceptions and give an experience that can charm oneââ¬â¢s senses. This is the reason I want to pursue my majors in Communication Design and learn the changing viewpoints and comprehension of art that makes one crave. I think FIT will help me to learn the skills required for this industry and transform the concept of designing in the society. I will give my best, as art is a part of me. I know that I have the potential to pursue my career and succeed in FIT. I have the determination and passion to work and do my best to pursue my career in fashion. I will give my full dedication, creativity and enthusiasm to prove my potential and opportunity to achieve my goals and flourish in my chosen career.à Ã
