My patient is Lester Burnum, he is a 42 year octogenarian male that has been married to his wife Carolyn for twenty years and has a 16 year old daughter named Jane. In the death twenty years of his life Lesters attitude and figure has changed due to the stress and unhappiness of his job, marriage, and relationship with his daughter. During my evaluation of Lester I discovered that he is suffering from imprint, very low egotism esteem, loss of drive, lack in communication skills with his family, drug abuse, thirst to be wanted, increased sexual rousing, temper tanturms, mood swings, and hard beverage abuse. As a result of Lester symptoms I discovered the he suffers mannikin some symptoms of each one of these half a dozen disorders; consistent disorder, Major Depression, Depressive disorders, Dysthymic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Boderline genius Disorder.
